Important information: special measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic
- In order to minimize the risk of spreading the coronavirus infection COVID-19, the number of exhibition participants will be limited. The maximum number of registrations for each day is 1200. Once this limit is reached, REGISTRATION WILL BE TERMINATED.
- At the international exhibitions “In Memory of L.P. Sabaneev 2021” and “RFOS Cup 2021” there will be NO non-certified baby and puppy classes. There is no registration for these classes.
- In case of cancellation or postponement of exhibitions due to force majeure circumstances, including due to the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in Moscow, the paid registration fee, at your request, will either be returned to you in full or transferred to other dates / other RFOS events.
ATTENTION!
The number of dogs registered for the international exhibitions “In Memory of L.P. Sabaneev 2021” and “RFOS Cup 2021” has reached the established capacity limit of the site, therefore, as we initially warned, registration will be stopped a day earlier than the designated date.
All applications received by us up to now, as well as applications with a full set of documents and payment, which are received by mail before 18:00 on January 14, will be processed and the dogs will be included in the catalogue. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept applications submitted later.
If you have already registered, we ask you to carefully read the information below and treat it with understanding.
– Exhibitions will be held in the format of closed zootechnical events, without the public. The requirement of “no more than one person per dog” must be strictly observed. You cannot come “just to look”.
– In order to comply with social distancing standards established by Rospotrebnadzor for the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of people simultaneously present in the pavilion will be limited to 500. Upon reaching this limit, admission to the exhibition territory will be terminated until exhibitors who have passed the examination and those not selected to participate in the final competitions will not leave the site. In order for the exhibition to proceed without incident, we will ask you to promptly leave the pavilion after finishing your ring and receiving your diplomas.
– The security service at the entrance will allow participants into the exhibition area in strict accordance with the start time of the examination and will issue bracelets indicating the time period to which your breed is scheduled. The ring schedule will be posted on rfos.site after the accepted applications have been processed. To avoid unnecessary frustration and stressful situations, we strongly recommend that you plan your time in such a way that you do not end up in front of the gate to the pavilion earlier than an hour before the start of your ring.
Friends, in conditions of daily force majeure, it is important for all of us to maintain prudence and a positive attitude. Remember that by fulfilling these simple, albeit unpleasant, conditions, you are acting in your own interests and in the interests of your colleagues. ANNOUNCEMENT FOR EXHIBITION PARTICIPANTS:
1) Parking on the territory is designed for 600 cars; congestion is possible at the entrance. In order to save your time, we strongly recommend that you use the parking lot at the Dubrovka shopping center. It is a 10 minute walk from the exhibition pavilion.
2) In order not to waste time registering at the exhibition, you can receive ring numbers and bracelets on Friday, January 22 from 16 to 18 pm in the Main Stage pavilion (by presenting documents for the dog).
