REGULATIONS on the interregional exhibition of hunting dogs Ulyanovsk region (Semenovka village “ISOS BIRYUCH”) March 10, 2022.
1. General provisions 1.1. These Regulations were developed by the Organizing Committee for the preparation of the interregional hunting dog exhibition. 1.2. The interregional exhibition of hunting dogs “SPRING OF THE VOLGA REGION 2018” is held by the Ulyanovsk municipal public organization “Club of Proper Hunting and Fishing”, Samara OORS in accordance with the Event Plan for 2018. The interregional exhibition of hunting dogs is held for the following purposes: - demonstrating the achievements and promotion of hunting dog breeding; — determination of the quality and assessment of the number of hunting dogs in the Volga region and other regions of the Russian Federation; — display, identification and selection of breeding sires: — exchange of experience in hunting dog breeding, comparative assessment in various organizations; — encouraging owners of the best breeding dogs and organizations involved in breeding hunting dogs; — expansion of business contacts among owners and breeders of hunting dogs, dog handlers, experts. 1.4. The exhibition is held in accordance with these “Regulations” and the “Rules for holding exhibitions of hunting dogs”, approved by order of the Main Directorate for Nature Conservation, Reserves, Forestry and Hunting of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture No. 4 dated 02.26.85, taking into account additions. (Appendix No. 1).
2. Exhibition committee: 2.1. Chairman Alexander Vladimirovich Petukhov - President of the UMOO KPO and R. Co-chairman Anatoly Romanovich Muravyov - Chairman of the Samara OORS. Performers: Filippova Irina Gennadievna, Petukhova Galina Nikolaevna. 2.2. The Exhibition Committee reserves the right to replace experts and assistants in the event of force majeure; 2.3. The evaluation of a dog in the ring is carried out only by an expert of this ring and is final. 2.4. According to clause 20 of the “Rules for holding exhibitions...” “Claims and complaints from exhibitors for violation of the “Rules...” are accepted and dealt with before the end of the exhibition. Claims and complaints about violations are submitted to the Main Expert Commission. 2.5. If a participant violates public order, the exhibition committee has the right to remove him from participation in the exhibition and cancel the results.
3. Exhibition participants 3.1. Dogs of hunting breeds that have a “Certificate for a hunting dog” or a “Certificate of the origin of a hunting dog” are allowed to participate in the exhibition. For examination only in the exterior ring, dogs with documents of the Russian Cynological Federation (RKF) that do not have a “Certificate of Origin of a Hunting Dog” or a “Certificate for a Hunting Dog” are allowed. Dogs that have only a “Certificate of Origin of a Hunting Dog” can be allowed into the ring of any age group. 3.2. Dogs aged from 10 months to 10 years (on the day of the exhibition), traditional for Russia, as well as introduced hunting breeds according to the “Register of Hunting Dog Breeds” are allowed to the exhibition. Dogs that have passed veterinary control are allowed to participate in the exhibition. For dogs registered in the Ulyanovsk region, a rabies vaccination record is required; for participants from other regions, a veterinary certificate in form No. 1 is required. 3.3. Sick dogs, empty nesters and pregnant bitches (in the second half of pregnancy) are not allowed into the exhibition. Distribution of dogs by age groups: - Younger age group - from 10 months to 1.5 years; — Middle age group – from 1.5 to 3 years; — Older age group – from 3 to 10 years.
The cost of participation in the exhibition is 700 rubles;
4. Expertise at the exhibition. 4.1. Examination and grading at the exhibition is carried out in accordance with: “Rules for conducting broods and exhibitions of hunting dogs on the territory of the USSR”, approved by order of the Main Directorate for Nature Conservation, Reserves and Hunting of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture No. 4 dated February 26, 1985 with clarifications and additions “Instructions on the methodology, technology and organization of examination of hunting dogs at exhibitions and broods held on the territory of the USSR”, approved by order of the Main Directorate for Nature Conservation, Reserves and Hunting of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture No. 25 dated October 13, 1971. “Breed Standards hunting dogs" adopted by the Supreme Commander of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture on December 1, 1984, approved by order of the Main Directorate for Nature Conservation, Nature Reserves, Forestry and Hunting of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture No. 4 of February 26, 1985. “Introduction to standards for breeds of hunting dogs”, approved by order of the Main Directorate for Nature Conservation, Reserves, Forestry and Hunting of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture No. 4 of February 26, 1985. 4.2. 5.1. Veterinary examination and registration of dogs arriving at the exhibition is carried out from 9.00 to 10.00. 5.2. The opening of the exhibition and the parade of participants takes place at 10.00. 5.3. The examination of dogs in the rings begins immediately after the opening parade. 5.4. All complaints and claims will be accepted in writing only on the day of the exhibition, before its end. 5.5. The award is given at the end of the judging in the ring upon submission of data to the organizing committee.
6. Awarding 6.1. Tokens are awarded to dogs of the younger age group (from 10 months to 1.5 years): “Large silver token” - dogs with an exterior rating of “very good”; “Small silver token” - with an exterior rating of “good”. 6.2. Assignment of the breeding class “Elite” and “First” only if the dog is registered in the VPKOS. 6.2.. Class breeding dogs participating in the complex evaluation ring are awarded the following medals: - BZM - all elite dogs; — MZM — to all dogs assigned to the 1st breeding class; — BSM — to all dogs of the II breeding class; — MSM — to all dogs of the III breeding class. 6.3. One male and one female (in each dog breed), who took first place in the “Elite” class in the older age group, regardless of the number of dogs in these classes, is awarded the title “Champion of the Volga Interregional Exhibition” and a BZM is issued for each dog. The title “Exhibition Champion” is awarded based on the results of grading, provided that the dog receives an exterior rating of at least “Very Good”. 6.4. The prize is awarded to a male and a female (in each breed): • All age groups: - for 1st place in the ring, if there are at least 3 dogs in the ring and the best class dog with the most points in the ranking. • Middle age group: for 1st place in the 1st breeding class; • Senior age group: — “Champion of the exhibition 2022”;
APPENDIX No. 1 1. When grading huskies, no more than six highest diplomas for hunting qualities for different types of game are taken into account. The score for versatility is limited to five types. — Dogs that have diplomas only in enclosure badger of any degree are classified no higher than the second breeding class. If dogs have diplomas alone for the main types of game, diplomas for badger are counted as additional ones. The combination of badger-duck, badger-boar (bear) in a pair - the dog belongs to the second breeding class. — minimum requirements for admission to the Elite class: two diplomas alone. It is mandatory to have one II degree diploma in fur-bearing animals, elk, deer, FREE wild boar, and upland game. Diplomas in decoy bear, ENVIRY boar, waterfowl and blood trail are counted as additional. Those.
