According to the RKF Exhibition Regulations, registration according to puppy metrics will be made only in the baby, puppy and junior classes; in other classes, registration is strictly based on pedigree.

When registering remotely, copies of metrics and pedigrees for dogs not registered with the Verkhovna Rada of the Russian Federation must be brought to the exhibition!

When enrolling in the working class and champion class, copies of work certificates and champion diplomas/certificates must be submitted respectively. Without them, registration for the exhibition is made only in the open class. By registering for a dog show, the participant does not object to the storage, processing and publication of his personal data in the exhibition catalogue.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The exhibition is held on May 22, 2022 by the public sports organization “Ramensky Society of Hunters and Fishers.”

2. Goals and objectives.

2.1. Assessment of the quality of the dog population of the Ramensky district.

2.2. Popularization of hunting dog breeding.

2.3. Exchange of experience among owners and breeders of hunting dogs, dog handlers and experts.

2.4. Encouraging owners of the best hunting dogs.

3. Exhibition participants.

3.1. Dogs of hunting breeds aged from 10 months to 10 years inclusive on the day of examination, having a “Certificate of the origin of a hunting dog” or a “Certificate for a hunting dog” of the established form, are allowed to enter the exhibition. For examination only in the exterior ring, dogs with documents of the Russian Cynological Federation (RKF) that do not have a “Certificate of Origin of a Hunting Dog” or a “Certificate for a Hunting Dog” are allowed.

3.2. Dogs are admitted to the exhibition after they have passed veterinary control. Healthy dogs, vaccinated against rabies, with the appropriate mark in the veterinary passport are allowed to the exhibition. Empty females are not allowed to enter the show even in the second half of pregnancy.

3.3. The registration fee for participation in the exhibition is 800 rubles per dog. For the second dog 500 rub.

4. Expertise at the exhibition.

4.1. The examination at the exhibition is carried out by an expert commission appointed by the Organizing Committee.

4.2. The examination of dogs is carried out in accordance with the “Rules for holding exhibitions of hunting dogs in the Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz”, approved by Resolution of the Central Board of the Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz No. 79 dated December 11, 2022, as amended and supplemented. approved by the resolution of the Central Board of the Russian Hunting and Fishing Union No. 93 dated February 19, 2020.

5. Giving awards.

5.1. Dogs that receive conformation assessments are awarded medals and tokens in accordance with the “Rules of the Conduct...”

5.2. Memorable prizes are awarded to the owners of dogs that took first place in the ring in the junior age group and received the highest conformation rating, “very good” for this age group.

5.3. Memorable prizes in the younger age group are awarded to owners of dogs classified as breeding classes.

5.4. Memorable prizes are awarded to the owners of dogs that take first place in the “first” breeding class in each age group.

5.5. Memorable prizes are awarded to the owners of all dogs included in the “Elite” class.

6. Procedure for holding the exhibition.

6.1 The direct organization of the Exhibition is undertaken by the Organizing Committee consisting of:

REGISTRATION RULES

Documentation

Registration of dogs for participation in the exhibition is carried out upon provision of the following package of documents: - application through the ZOOPORTAL (or a completed application form for one dog, signed by the owner), - a copy of the dog's birth certificate or pedigree, - a copy of the receipt for payment of the participant's voluntary target fee, - copies of championship certificates certificates when registering for the champion class, - working certificates when registering for the working class. The disciplines whose certificates are the basis for entry into the working class at shows of various ranks for breeds of different FCI groups are listed here.

Without providing the above certificates, registration for the exhibition will be in the open class. Registration for International Exhibitions in classes in which CACIB is awarded - intermediate, open, working, champions, is made only according to the pedigree "PEDIGREE".

The applicant is responsible for the correctness of the information provided about the dog. Corrections and additions to the application form are not allowed. Transferring a dog from class to class is not allowed.

Application requirements

— all scans of documents must be sent only in JPG or PDF format; — when registering two or more dogs, all documents must be sent for each dog in a separate application through the ZOO PORTAL (or by separate letter); — registration of a dog is carried out only upon receipt of a complete package of scanned documents with a scanned copy of the receipt for payment of the voluntary target fee attached in compliance with the deadlines for its payment (no later than the last day of the established period); — please indicate valid contacts (telephone and e-mail) in the application form. Make sure that notifications from the ZOO PORTAL are sent to your email.

If the owners of the dogs do not provide the specified documents, or if the documents are provided in violation of the established deadlines, the dogs will not be registered for participation in the exhibition.

Target contribution

To correctly enter information about a dog into the Exhibition Catalog, when filling out a receipt or payment order for payment of a voluntary target contribution for organizing and holding an exhibition, you must indicate: - the name of the exhibition; - breed of dog; - the dog's name; - Class; - Full name of the dog owner. The fee to the dog owner is returned only in the event of the death of the dog, confirmed by a certificate issued by the State Veterinary Clinic, if the certificate is submitted to the exhibition organizing committee before the end of registration.

Veterinary requirements

Each participant must have a VETERINARY PASSPORT with marks from the state veterinary clinic on vaccination against rabies, carried out no earlier than 30 days and no later than 1 year before the start of the exhibition. When receiving accompanying documents F-1 and F-4 for participation in a dog show, you may need to name the site in the Mercury system, the enterprise number in the registry and the enterprise number in the Cerberus IS - check the requirements with the organizer. In the absence of a veterinary passport, the veterinary control officer has every right not to allow the dog to participate in the exhibition.
