For sleeves, cast on 38 stitches. Gradually add 1 loop at a time. After 14 rows, close off the loops. Then sew all the details of the sweater and you can put it on the dog.

Unusual option

Knitting this hat will be somewhat unusual. If in the first versions we first knitted an elastic band, then here we will do the opposite. We knit three centimeters in stockinette stitch and then move on to knitting 1x1 elastic. If you want, of course, you can replace this pattern with any other.
