    V. BREEDER

    1. The breeder is considered to be the person in whose possession (rent, co-ownership) the bitch is located in the period from the moment of mating to the moment of final registration of the litter.

    2. In case of purchasing a mated bitch, ownership is registered at the time of purchase with all necessary documents attached and the rights of the breeder are transferred.

    3. The rental of a dog for breeding use is formalized by a written Lease Agreement between the lessor and the lessee, indicating all special conditions. (see Attachment)

    4. The lease agreement is an integral part of the set of documents required for registering the litter.

    5. Co-ownership is formalized in the same way as a lease.

    6. The breeder has the right to register his factory prefix with the RKF - FCI and in this case becomes protected from the use of this prefix by other breeders.

    7. The nicknames of all puppies born to a breeder with a registered prefix contain the name of this factory prefix.

    VI. PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION OF A FACTORY ATTACHMENT

    1. The factory prefix is registered through organizations - members of the RKF.

    2. The factory prefix, as an integral part of the dog's name, is used by the breeder for all dogs he breeds, regardless of breed.

    3. The names of factory prefixes are registered with the FCI through the RKF only for breeders living in Russia. Applications for registration of nursery names or factory prefixes with the FCI are submitted on special RKF forms and contain 2 options in order of preference. (see Attachment). The maximum number of characters in a puppy's name (including the name of the kennel/factory console and spaces) is forty characters.

    4. The breeder has the right to refuse a previously registered factory prefix, but after such refusal he has no right to count on the registration of another name.

    5. The registered factory prefix is canceled:

    - if the breeder has not carried out breeding work for 10 years,

    - in the event of the death of the breeder, if the right to the factory prefix is not transferred to the heirs.

    6. A change in the owner of a factory set-top box is registered with the RKF upon a written application from the previous owner of the set-top box, which indicates the full name and address of the new owner. The application must be accompanied by the original certificate of the previous owner's factory attachment.

    3.11.2. Primary admission gives the right to use females once and males three times.

    3.11.3. Lifetime admission to pedigree breeding of dogs born on December 31, 2019 and earlier is given if they have one rating of at least “very good” received at any RKF / FCI certified exhibition, or admission received at the age of over 15 months at the RKF breeding show (“Recommended for breeding”, “Admitted for breeding” or “Conditionally admitted for breeding”).

    3.11.4. Lifetime admission to breeding dogs born on 01/01/2020 and later is given to:

    – in the presence of two marks for exterior not lower than “very good”, received from two different judges at any certified RKF / FCI exhibitions; in this case, one score must be obtained after the dog reaches 15 months of age in the “intermediate”, “open”, “working” classes;

    – in the presence of two admission assessments from the RKF breeding shows from two different judges (“Recommended for breeding”, “Admitted for breeding”, “Conditionally admitted for breeding”); however, one conclusion must be obtained over the age of 15 months.

    3.12. All dogs born starting from 01/01/2020 and belonging to breeds that are marked in the nomenclature (Appendix 1) as giants (G), large (K) and medium (S), except for dogs of hunting breeds, are also required for admission to breeding successful completion of dog behavior testing (T) or successful completion of tests/competitions in one of the following disciplines: UGS, OKD, obedience, BH/VT, UPr 1–3. It is desirable to have a certificate of HD (grades A, B, C) and ED (grades 0, 1, 2) research results.

    3.13. All dogs born starting from 01/01/2020 and belonging to breeds that are marked in the nomenclature (Appendix No. 1) as small (M), except for dogs of hunting breeds, for admission to breeding require a detailed description of behavior in the exhibition description, or passing a breeding examination with a detailed description of behavior or successful completion of testing

    dog behavior (T) or successful completion of tests/competitions in one of the following disciplines: UGS, OKD. It is desirable to have a certificate of research results PL in the sum of two knees no more than 2 (possible variations: PL 0/0, 0/1, 1/0, 1/1, 0/2, 2/0).

    3.14. Dogs of hunting breeds born starting from 01/01/2020 (regardless of size) are required to successfully pass tests in one of the profile species or successfully pass dog behavior testing (T) in order to be admitted to breeding.

    3.16. The list of mandatory health tests, which are a condition for admission to selective breeding for specific breeds, is contained in Appendix No. 2 to these Regulations.

    3.17. The first mating of a bitch admitted to participate in breeding can be carried out provided that the bitch reaches the following age at the time of mating:

    – at least 18 months – for females of small and medium breeds*;

    – at least 20 months – for females of large breeds*;

    – at least 22 months – for giant breed bitches*.

    * For the division of rocks into small, medium, large and giant, see Appendix No. 1

    3.18. During the breeding period of a bitch, no more than six litters can be obtained from her (RKF recommends three litters).

    3.19. The interval between birth dates of litters must be at least 300 days (RKF recommends an interval between births of litters of 365 days). Once upon a request from the breeder, submitted before mating, and with the permission of PC RKF, two litters in a row are allowed, without missing a heat; in this case, the interval between litters must be at least 6 months, and the next litter from the same bitch can be obtained no earlier than 12 months after the birth of the puppies of the previous litter. In case of violation of the requirements of clause 3.19, a gentle period (ban on breeding bitches) automatically comes into effect for a period of 18 months.

    3.20. A male dog can participate in breeding from the moment he is admitted to breeding use and without limiting the maximum permissible age.

    3.21. Private owners make decisions on the selection of breeding pairs for their dogs independently.

    3.22. In exceptional cases, on the basis of a justified application submitted by the breeder before mating, the RKF PC may admit dogs rated “good” for breeding.

    3.23. Mating of dogs that are consanguineous (close inbreeding) brother-sister, father-daughter, mother-son, II-II, I-II, is possible subject to prior approval before mating by PC RKF and subject to leaving the puppy from the resulting litter in possession breeder for further breeding work.

    3.24. The following cannot be used in breeding:

    – dogs not allowed for breeding;

    – females who have not reached the minimum age for admission to breeding;

    – females who have reached the age of 8 years or more at the time of mating;

    – dogs that have a certificate of origin with o or “Without the right of breeding use in Russia”;

    – dogs that received a “Disqualification” rating (for aggression - three “Disqualification” ratings) at certified RKF exhibitions, if this rating was not protested and withdrawn in the prescribed manner;

    – dogs that received the rating “Not allowed for breeding” at the RKF breeding show;

    – dogs owned by right of ownership, common ownership or lease to persons disqualified in the RKF / FCI system from participation in breeding work.

    5.11. In the case of mating of a bitch in one heat with two or more males, all dogs participating in such matings must have genetic passports (DNA tests) obtained before the mating takes place, and all puppies obtained from these combinations must receive genetic passports before receiving the puppy's birth certificate (DNA tests).

    5.12. In the case of artificial insemination of a bitch (with frozen semen), instead of a mating certificate (form No. 4), an artificial insemination act is drawn up, signed by the veterinarian who performed the insemination and the owner of the inseminated bitch or his authorized representative (form No. 5). Act

    artificial insemination is executed in four copies and is a document replacing the act of mating.

    5.13. Before artificial insemination, the veterinarian must identify the female dog to be inseminated. The act of artificial insemination is drawn up in compliance with the requirements provided for the execution of the mating act. During artificial insemination, the veterinarian acts as a representative (trustee) of the owner of the male dog and is responsible for the authenticity of the biomaterial used in accordance with current legislation.

    5.14. If the mating was carried out by a male dog permanently residing and registered outside the Russian Federation, or the bitch was artificially inseminated with the biomaterial of such a male, then a mating certificate (form No. 6) or an international standard artificial insemination certificate (form No. 7) is drawn up.

    7.1. All dogs registered with the Verk RKF must have the following identification:

    – a mark on the dog’s skin (in the ear, on the stomach or in the groin) – mandatory for dogs born in the Russian Federation;

    – a microchip implanted under the dog’s skin near the withers – mandatory for dogs imported to Russia;

    - brand + microchip - mandatory for dogs exported from Russia.

    7.2. The most desirable option, recommended by the RKF, is a stamp + microchip.

    7.3. If a dog is implanted with a microchip, then the digital code of the microchip is entered into the dog's registration card and into the certificate of origin (a sticker number with a microchip barcode must be pasted on the puppy's metric; a handwritten or printed version of the microchip number is unacceptable).

    8.6. Litters are examined: for giant, large and medium breeds - no earlier than 45 days, for small breeds - no earlier than 60 days from the date of birth of the puppies, provided that the puppies have all erupted milk teeth. The litter must be examined no later than 90 days from the date of birth of the puppies (for all breeds).

    8.9. The litter inspection report (form No. 8) is drawn up on the day of the inspection. The act indicates the brand code and (if the breeder has decided on additional marking by microchipping) the microchip code of each puppy, gender, exact color, as well as, if necessary, the reasons for re-inspection or rejection. The report is drawn up in triplicate and signed by the breeder and the person who examined the litter.

    8.12. In the metric of a rejected puppy, a mark about the rejection is made. When exchanging such a metric for a certificate of origin, it will be issued with the stamp “Without the right of breeding use.”

    8.13. If the puppy does not have disqualifying defects or obvious developmental defects, but the breeder believes that the puppy does not fully meet the requirements of the breed standard, then at the request of the breeder, an o. When exchanging such a metric for a certificate of origin, it will be issued with the stamp “Without the right of breeding use.”

    8.14. When selling a puppy whose metric contains a mark of rejection or o, the breeder must inform the buyer that in the future the dog will not be able to participate in breeding work.

    8.15. A re-examination of a puppy left for a secondary inspection is carried out by a specialist from the KO, VP or the owner of the emergency, after the puppy reaches the age specified in the litter inspection report and in the puppy’s birth certificate. A re-inspection can be carried out at the KO or at a breeding inspection.

    8.16. If the puppy's certificate is exchanged with an O and there is no mark on the results of the re-examination, a certificate of origin will be issued with the stamp “Without the right of breeding use”

    8.19. In the application for registration of a litter, all fields must be filled in, as well as the numbers of brands of rejected puppies, puppies left for re-inspection, and puppies whose metrics are marked, if any, must be indicated.

    8.20. The nicknames of all littermate puppies must begin with the same letter in Russian. Transliteration into Latin can be done by the breeder; the absence of transliteration in the application for litter registration means the breeder’s consent to the transliteration of the names by the RKF dog handler. Repeated words are not allowed in puppy names. The name of the kennel registered by the breeder is included in the nicknames of all puppies born in the kennel and is placed before the name or after the name if the name of the kennel begins with the prepositions “from”, “from”, “with”, “with”, etc. (on Russian or English). The same nickname in combination with the name of the nursery can be repeated no earlier than after 30 years. The maximum number of characters in the puppy's name (including the name of the kennel and spaces) should not exceed 40 (forty).

    10.15. When exchanging a puppy's certificate with a mark on rejection, o, or with a mark on the need for re-inspection, but without a mark on the results of such an examination, a certificate of origin is issued with the stamp “Without the right of breeding use.” Dogs with such a certificate of origin can participate in exhibitions and other events, but cannot be used for breeding.

    10.16. When exchanging the puppy's certificate with O, an extract from the VERK is issued with the stamp “Color not recognized by FCI” (if the color is not recognized by the FCI, but recognized by the RKF) or “Without the right of breeding use” (if the color is not recognized by the FCI and RKF).

    10.17. Certificates of origin are issued if both the father and mother of the dog have:

    – DNA/DNA profile;

    – title “Grand Champion of Russia”;

    – a certificate for a profile type of test (in breeds for which, by decision of the National Breeding Committee, such tests are mandatory for admission to selective breeding);

    – veterinary reports (tests) on health (in breeds for which, by decision of the NCP, the presence of such tests is mandatory for admission to selective breeding)

    10.18. Certificates of origin are issued without marks if the requirements of the RKF Regulations on breeding work are met.

    10.19. Certificates of origin are issued if the father and mother or one of the parents of the dog have not fully complied with the requirements of this Regulation, but the PC has decided on the possibility of registering the litter.

    Appendix No. 3 to the RKF Regulations on breeding work

    ORDER OF REGISTRATION OF A NURSERY

    I. PRIVATE NURSERY

    1. The name of the nursery is submitted for registration to the FCI through the RKF from the RFSS, RFOS, RFLS, OANKOO.

    2. The name of the cattery is registered with the FCI through the RKF only for one individual over the age of 18 who has Russian citizenship or is permanently residing in the Russian Federation legally.

    3. To register the name of a nursery, the owner must have:

    – owns at least one bitch registered in the Verkhovna Rada of the Russian Federation,

    – at least 2 litters registered in the VERK RKF, before submitting an application for registration of the name of the cattery with the FCI,

    – canine education (at least breeders’ courses).

    Changes have been made to the RKF Regulations on breeding work!

    By the decision of the Presidium of the RKF dated 09/08/2020, changes were made to the RKF Regulations on breeding work:

    — Coordination with the RKF Breeding Commission for obtaining two litters in a row without missing a heat (once during the entire breeding period of the bitch) is not required.

    — The decision on the advisability of mating dogs that are related by blood (I–II: father–daughter, II–I; mother–son; II–II: brother–sister, half-sibs) is made by cynological organizations, private and departmental nurseries under their own responsibility on one's own. Providing documents for registration of such litters confirms the positive decision of the cynological organization, private or departmental nursery.

    The new edition of the RKF Regulations on breeding work applies to all applications received by the RKF Breeding Commission, but not considered as of 09/08/2020.

    Content:

    1. Age at which females and males began mating

    2.Until what age do you breed a male dog?

    3.Until what age should a bitch be bred?

    4. Determination of the optimal mating day

    When can you breed a dog? Of course, once she reaches physiological maturity. However, the physiological and sexual maturity of a dog are far from the same thing.

    Puberty, that is, the ability to conceive, occurs quite early in most dogs. It is generally accepted that a female dog becomes sexually mature from the moment the first heat begins (depending on the breed, the time when the first heat begins ranges from 6 to 12 months of age). Males become sexually mature somewhat later than females, at about 9 months. In a sexually mature male, both testes (testicles) are descended into the scrotum, if the testes are in the abdominal cavity, i.e. have not descended upon reaching 12 months, such a male is infertile and is called cryptorchid (after the name of the pathology - “cryptorchia”). Males with one descended testicle can produce offspring, but are not allowed for breeding, since cryptorchidia is inherited.

    It is important to understand that a dog or bitch reaching sexual maturity does not mean they are ready to breed and produce offspring. Despite the fact that “technically” the body is already ripe for reproduction, physiologically it is not yet ready for this (this is especially true for bitches, for whom pregnancy and childbirth after the first heat can become a very heavy burden and lead to complications). For small dogs of decorative breeds (Chihuahuas, toy terriers), additional restrictions are imposed by height and weight requirements: if these indicators are less or more than required by breeding standards, then the dog cannot be bred.

    Experts recommend the first mating of a female dog on her third heat; a male dog can be mated when he reaches the body size of an adult animal at the age of approximately 2 years. For owners of bitches planning to get puppies, experts recommend keeping a diary with a detailed description of the passage of each heat, starting with the first - based on these observations, when the dog is ready to bear puppies, it will be possible to choose the optimal mating time.

    Up to what age can you breed a male dog?

    There are no strict limits on the age up to which a male dog can be bred. Limitations are imposed only by diseases, but in the absence of pathologies and health problems, a stud dog can be used to reproduce the breed almost throughout its entire life.

    Up to what age can a bitch be bred?

    The first mating of a bitch should be carried out no later than 4 – 5 years. An untied bitch can be bred until she is 7-8 years old. It is considered normal to have 6 litters from one bitch in her entire life. However, there is no clear answer to the question “Is it possible to breed a female dog in her next heat after pregnancy?” In fact, such a load on the dog’s body is undesirable, but in some cases it is possible to carry out two matings in a row, provided that at least 6 months have passed since the birth of the puppies, the dog has no health problems and the previous pregnancy passed without complications.

    How to determine a favorable day for mating

    To effectively breed dogs, you must first correctly determine the favorable day. If the owner of the bitch kept a diary, tracking the duration and specifics of each heat, this knowledge will greatly simplify the choice of a suitable date. When choosing a mating day, it is important to know that the traditional scheme, according to which two matings are carried out on the 9th and 11th days, the main and the “control”, is not suitable for every dog. Each bitch has its own individual characteristics, so one will be ready for mating on the 3rd day of estrus, and the second will not allow a male until the 15th. Thus, it is better to check readiness for mating not by records, but at each heat.

    There are two ways to determine if a bitch is ready for mating during heat:

    1) The bitch is stroked on the thighs and pressed on the lower back below the croup. If the dog is ready to let the male near, it will freeze, tense and move its tail up or to the side.

    2) Carefully press on the bottom of the loop, while it should rise and move apart. At this moment, the dog freezes or begins to make short movements with its hips, as if pushing something forward.

    Having determined that the dog is ready to mate, it is advisable to pair it with a male dog on the same day. Even after 3 days, the favorable moment may pass and you will have to wait until the next heat.

    VII. BREEDING KENNEL

    1. The nursery can be registered by a breeder, at least 18 years of age, who has a factory prefix registered with the FCI, zootechnical or veterinary education, or the title of judge of the RKF for breeds, or a certificate of completion of courses (judges, breeding instructors, breeders, breeders, dog handlers).

    2. The nursery is registered on the basis of breeding stock. To establish a kennel, its owner must own at least one breeding bitch.

    3. The owner of the nursery works with the RKF through member organizations of the RKF.

    4.The writing of the name and address of the nursery is submitted to the RKF only in Russian. Transliteration of the name and address of the nursery is carried out by an employee of SOKO RKF.

    VIII. KNITTING. ACT OF MATING

    1. The fact of mating of dogs (initial and control) is certified by the owner of the dog, the owner of the bitch and, if present, the mating instructor, and is necessarily drawn up with a mating certificate on a form approved by the RKF (see appendix) on the day of mating.

    2. Immediately before the mating of dogs (initial and control), the owners of the bitch and male and, if present, the mating instructor, must identify the male and female by the marks on them for compliance with their Certificates of Origin (pedigrees), make sure that they match their pedigrees.

    3. After identification, the male and female are mated.

    4. Immediately after mating the dogs, the owners of the dog and the bitch and, if present, the mating instructor, draw up and sign a mating certificate on a form approved by the RKF in 3 copies (one for the dog owners and one for registration of the mating in the Mating Registration Book and whelping of the club/kennel and subsequent transfer for registration of the litter in the RKF). 2. Nursery owners can independently examine their litters and bear full responsibility for the quality of the litters they produce.

    3. The breeder is given the right to independently evaluate and cull defective newborn puppies; if necessary, he can call a specialist from a canine organization or NCP for consultation.

    4. Persons (instructors) with zootechnical or canine education have the right to examine litters. The breeder is obliged to provide the instructor with the opportunity to control the litter, the bitch, and the growing conditions.

    5. Proper maintenance of breeding dogs and raising puppies must be ensured in conditions of adequate feeding, human interaction and sufficient space.

    6. When raising puppies, the breeder must ensure regular and timely deworming and vaccination of puppies.

    7. Inspection of litters is carried out for all breeds no earlier than 45 days and up to 2 months of age of puppies (provided all milk teeth have erupted), in the presence of their mother, at the breeder. When using a wet nurse, the puppies are examined under the wet nurse.

    The club instructor or kennel owner must:

    — identify the producer by the mark indicated in her Certificate of Origin (pedigree);

    — examine the entire litter, and only if all puppies are branded;

    - if a breeding marriage is identified at the time of examination (disqualifying defects, anomalies and defects of anatomy and development, non-standard color, absence of a testis/testes in the scrotum and other deviations), as well as any temporary defect that can be corrected with age, make a note in the examination report and the metric of this puppy with a corresponding mark on rejection or re-examination, indicating the reasons and deadline (see appendices. Application for litter registration, Puppy metric).

    For culled puppies of non-standard color, a Certificate of Origin is issued (extract from the VERK, pedigree) indicating in the column the color - “non-standard” and with the stamps “Color not recognized by FCI” and “Not subject to breeding use.”

    8. The litter inspection report is signed by the breeder and instructor only if all puppies have been branded.

    10. If necessary, the RKF has the right to send representatives and appoint a curator to monitor the work of the nursery.

    Litter registration

    Before breeding your dog, you need to familiarize yourself with the current Breeding Regulations of the Russian Canine Federation.

    What documents are required to register a mating in the RKF? For the male and female (father and mother of the puppies) you need the following:

    1. Certificate of origin (pedigrees) issued by the RKF or any FCI member country.
    2. Admission to pedigree breeding is: either a diploma with a rating of at least “very good” received at any certificated exhibition of the RKF-FCI, or a certificate of passing a breeding review with a positive conclusion on the dog’s admission to pedigree breeding, or a certificate of the championship of a country or national club.
    3. For breeds whose standard/breeding requirements specify working qualities, a working test certificate is required.
    4. For breeds whose standard/breeding requirements stipulate health tests (dysplasia, cataracts), a certificate of passing these tests is required.
    5. The first mating of a bitch can be carried out provided that the bitch reaches the age at the time of mating: – at least 18 months – for bitches of small and medium breeds; – at least 20 months – for females of large breeds; – at least 22 months – for giant breed bitches.

    What are your actions?

    1. Before mating, you need to download the MATING ACT; when mating abroad, the INTERNATIONAL MATING ACT. It must be filled out in 4 copies, one of which you will need to provide to the club.
    2. When the bitch has whelped, you need to notify us by phone call or email.
    3. While the puppies are small, think about nicknames. You choose the letter yourself, as well as the next sequence of assigning letters to your next litters. The main condition is that all puppies must be named with the same letter, words in nicknames must not be repeated. Don't forget to think about transliterating nicknames into Latin. Nicknames should not be translated into English. EXAMPLE: The nickname SNOW QUEEN is not SNOW QUEEN, but SNEZHNAYA KOROLEVA.

    All documents have been collected, now fill out the following form:

    Once we have a complete package of documents and information about the litter in our hands, we will mark the puppies and prepare a LITTER INSPECTION ACT, APPLICATION FOR LITTER REGISTRATION (GENERAL LITTER CARD) and PUPPY METRICS.

    At the age of 45 to 90 days, puppies are certified (the presence of deficiencies and malformations is checked). The registration data is entered into the Litter Inspection Report, on the basis of which the Litter General Card and Puppy Metrics are filled out.

    What to do if a defect or defect is discovered?

    If a deficiency is found (eg one egg in the scrotum, lack of dental formula), the puppy will be re-examined by the club instructor at 6-8 months. This puppy is given a certificate indicating the reason for the re-examination.

    If a defect is detected, the puppy is given a metric indicating the remark. The owner will be able to change this metric to the RKF pedigree, but it will contain a note about marriage and the impossibility of breeding use.

    After you, as a breeder, have signed the documents and paid the target fee to the club, the documents for the litter are sent to the RKF for registration.

    If you have any questions, you can contact our club dog trainer Marina Solovyeva CALL!

    XI. BRANDING AND CHIPING

    1. All dogs in the RKF system must have a brand.

    2. Branding of puppies is carried out by persons responsible for branding of territorial cynological organizations or nurseries.

    3. The brand is placed in the dog's ear or groin.

    a) The brand consists of two parts - an alphabetic three-digit code, which is assigned by the RKF to public canine organizations (clubs) and nurseries, and a digital part, separated by a space.

    b) The digital part of the mark must begin with the number 1 and go in ascending order, strictly observing the step of one number.

    c) For canine organizations and nurseries that have a brand code and were re-registered with the RKF in 2010, the numbering may continue, but in the approved format. **

    d) To brand dogs, it is prohibited to use symbols other than letters and numbers, add letters before or after numbers, or additionally add year numbers.

The breeder is considered to be the person in whose possession (rent, co-ownership) the bitch is located in the period from the moment of mating to the moment of final registration of the litter. 2. In the case of purchasing a mated bitch, subject to mutual settlements with the previous breeder, ownership of the bitch is formalized at the time of purchase, attaching all the necessary documents and transferring the rights of the breeder. 3. Renting a dog for breeding use is formalized by a written lease agreement between the lessor and the lessee, indicating all special conditions (see appendix)

    4. The lease agreement is an integral part of the set of documents required for registering the litter.

    5. Registration of co-ownership is similar to rent.

    6. The breeder has the right to register his factory prefix with the RKF-FCI and in this case becomes protected from the use of this prefix by other breeders. 7. The nicknames of all puppies born to a breeder with a registered prefix contain the name of this factory prefix.

    VII .

Applications for registration of nursery names or factory prefixes with the FCI are submitted on special RKF forms and contain 2 options, in order of preference. (see appendix) The number of characters in the name of the factory prefix cannot exceed 15 characters, including intervals.

    4. The breeder has the right to refuse a previously registered factory prefix, but after such refusal he has no right to count on the registration of another name. 5. The registered factory prefix is canceled:

    6. A change in the owner of a factory set-top box is registered with the RKF upon a written application from the previous owner of the set-top box, which indicates the full name and address of the new owner. The application must be accompanied by the original certificate of the previous owner's factory attachment.

    VIII . BREEDING KENNEL

Owners of male dogs are recommended to keep a book of matings. 5. Every cynological organization and nursery maintains a book of matings and whelpings. The book must be laced and numbered. Entries in the book of matings and whelpings are made strictly according to the dates of matings. 6. Each cynological organization and nursery submits, before April 1 of the current year, a copy of the book of matings and whelpings for the previous year to the federation where it is registered. 7.
